Dr. Kolachina Srinivas is a seasoned academician, researcher, and trainer with over two decades of experience across banking, training, and higher education. As an Associate Professor, he specializes in Banking, HRM, and Employability, integrating real-world insights into academia. With 40+ reputed publications in Scopus-indexed, ABDC, UGC, and peer-reviewed journals, editorial roles, and PhD guidance, he actively contributes to research.
