The overall purpose of this study was to evaluate the educational effectiveness through an assesment of the graduates performance of three programs nemelyer institute . The higher institute of nursing the technical nursing instit ute and the secondary technical nursinging school programmes. In terms of quality and quantity of nursing care provided. The study also aimed at determining the relevance of the educational objectives of the educational programmes in the programmes.
