Impact of rural out-migration before and after implement of industries, services and business schemes of Madurai district in Tamil Nadu

Abstract
According to the Mahatma Gandhi clearly indicates that the India lives in Rural. The rural economy prosperity depends on several support system likes urban and semi-urban infrastructures in and around of rural villages which will be enables them for marketability of their goods. Therefore, the study was carried out the beneficiaries of ISB Schemes in Madurai district, which is encompassing the impact of rural Out-Migration before and after implement of this scheme. The study has found that the after implementation of ISB Schemes in Madurai district rural-out migration significant way to mitigate as well as after implementation of ISB Schemes in Madurai declining trends of settlement in Madurai.  Because the improvement of infrastructure development of in and around Madurai District.
