Mr. ABDULSALAM Mustapha Lecturer II, Microbiology Department mustapha.abdulsalam@sun.edu.ng Abdulsalam Mustapha is a Lecturer II in the Department of Microbiology at Skyline University Nigeria. He has completed his MSc in Microbiology from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, where he specialized in Industrial and Pharmaceutical Microbiology. He has also acquired a BSc in Microbiology from the same university. He has a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from National Teacher’s Institute. Further, he is a certified teacher under the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN). His areas of teaching include, but are not limited to Biology 1, Botany and Biostatistics, Zoology and Genetics, Introduction to Microbiology, Bacteriology, Virology, Soil Microbiology, Medical and Veterinary Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Microbiology, Industrial Microbiology, Food Microbiology, Principle of Epidemiology and Public Health. He is a certified member of the Nigerian Society for Experimental Biology (NISEB), Nigeria Society for Microbiology (NSM), the World Academy of Science, Engineering and Technology (WASET) and the Science Association of Nigeria (SAN) and Nigeria Institute of Management.  

Abdulsalam Mustapha has over 8 years of teaching and researching experience in Nigeria. He began his teaching at Kinsey College of Education, Ilorin, Nigeria. He later worked as Medical Scientist at HRM Pathology Laboratory, Ilorin, Nigeria. He is an Assistant Examiner (Biology) and Supervisor at IJMBE Institute of Education, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He has Supervised School of Basic and Remedial Studies (SBRS), Funtua; Kano State College of Education and Preliminary Studies (KACEPS), Kano and College of Education, Warri.

His research interest is not limited to the field of Industrial and Pharmaceutical Microbiology; Medical Microbiology, Public Health and Epidemiology, Food Microbiology, Bacteriology, Virology, Immunology and Microbial Physiology.
