Skyline University Nigeria (SUN) has today, 1st July, 2024, donated books to Azman University. The donation was done to strengthen academic partnerships and facilitate knowledge sharing among the two institutions.
In his remarks, the Vice-Chancellor of SUN, Prof. Ajith Kumar V. V., stated that as part of its activities, SUN donates books to higher education institutions in Kano and other neighbouring states. He stated that the gesture would cement the existing relationship with both universities while extending his good wishes to Azman University.
The book donation was received by Azman University Head Librarian Dr. Ali Garba Karaye and E-Librarian Mal. Abdullahi Abdulhamid, facilitated by SUN Head Librarian, Dr. Abdullahi Bala Shehu.
In his remarks while receiving the books on behalf of Azman University, Dr. Karaye mentioned that they came with goodwill messages from the Vice-Chancellor of Azman, Prof. Fatima Batoul Mukhtar and their university community. He lauded the effort of SUN for the wonderful gesture and reiterated the university’s commitment towards effective collaboration with SUN.
On the 17th April 2024, SUN, warmly received the management team from Azman University Kano on its campus. The team visited the university to extend its hand for partnership and collaboration with SUN, the first private university in Kano State.
