Maryam Muhammad received the BSc and MSc degrees from Bayero University Kano, Nigeria, in 2010 and 2015, respectively. In January 2019 she became Bio. Lab. Assistant and in 2020, she became lecturer II at the Department of Bio/Microbiology Skyline University Nigeria. She is the author or coauthor of 5 papers in international journals and more than 5 conference contributions.
More than 6 years working experience in teaching and lecturing. Preparing lesson plan, lesson note, marking student’s assignments, tests and exams,
Supervision of research project, guiding class discussions and presentations.
Member Departmental Research and Development committee, Science week committee and Conference LOC committee.
Additional experience as a social mobilizer, participation in several trainings, preparation and delivering community services.
Vast experience working as HIV Counseling and Testing (HCT) Co-coordinator in the field of HIV counseling and testing of Clients, organizing step down TOT HIV. Experience in capacity building training on Behavioral Change Communication (BCC) to produce change agent in the community for people leaving with TB diseases.
