Dr. Shanmugam Sundararajan
Dr. Shanmugam Sundararajan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Management, Skyline University, Nigeria. He has a Ph.D. in Management, MBA in HR & Marketing from Periyar University Salem, Tamilnadu India. In addition, he has Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Labour Law from Alagappa University Tamilnadu India, He has completed and passed UGC NET-Management Exam.
He has over 17 years of experience in teaching, research, and administration at Indian Educational institutions. He has also worked 6 years as Manager in Textile Manufacturing Firm in Salem India.
His research interests are in the areas of Business Management, HR & Marketing, Personnel Management & Labour Law. He is a member of the Editorial Board, Indo Global Journal of Applied Management Science, and Observer of Management Education. He is as well an active member of the NIPM Network and HRFA Coimbatore Chapter.
He has presented papers in 26 International and 49 National level conferences. Contributed many edited volumes of books and published papers in ISBN books and peer-reviewed ISSN journals. His 20 articles were published in International journals, 113 articles in National refereed journals 10 articles base.com online journal and 26 papers in conference and seminar proceedings in India. He acted as a resource person and Guest lecturer for around 15 Programmemes. He has guided 160 projects in M.B.A. and 3 Ph.D. He got an Authorized Guide ship for PhD & M.Phil from Indian Universities such as Anna University and Bharathiar University, He has equally performed as an External examiner for evaluating PhD Thesis and conducting Viva voce examinations around 11 Thesis of Indian universities such as Annamalai University Periyar University, MS University, Anna University, Alagappa University and Bharathiar University.
