Five officials of Skyline University Nigeria on Monday visited the Emir of Kano, Mohammad Sanusi II, to formally thank him for accepting the university’s offer of chancellor.
The quintet also announced N100 million scholarship offer for outstanding students within the Emirate Council.
Those on the trip to the Emir’s palace were the university’s Vice Chancellor, Prof. P.K. Biswas; the Director of Operations, Mr. Abubakar Sadiq Ismail; Head of Marketing, Mr. Sola Lawal; Head of Corporate Affairs, Engr. Bashir Garba and Head of Academics, Information Technology (UAE), Dr. Deepak Kalra.
According to the university, the scholarship covers the tuition fee of five students on a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.5, provides 50 per cent discount for 20 students on 3.0 CGPA and 25 per cent discount for 100 students on 2.5 point respectively.
