Refund Policy

  1. Application fee – ₦25,000/ Non-refundable / Non-transferable
  2. Tuition Fees, Sports Fee, Student Activity Fee, Transportation Fee and Hostel Fees: 20% of the mentioned fees paid will be deducted before the commencement of batch, 100% non-refundable after batch commencement.
  3. Book & Material Fees: is non-refundable once paid and is mandatory for all students to pay. It is subject to change annually and becomes applicable from the start of a new academic year for continuing & new students. The details of changes in Books & Material Fee will be communicated to student through an official communication channel before the commencement of the subsequent Academic Year.
  4. Medical & Health Services Fees: is non-refundable once paid and is mandatory for all students to pay. It is subject to change annually and becomes applicable from the start of a new academic year for continuing & new students. The details of changes in Medical & Health Services Fee will be communicated to student through an official communication channel before the commencement of the subsequent Academic Year.
  5. Fees is subject to change annually and becomes applicable from the start of a new academic year for continuing & new students. The details of changes in the fees or MISC fee will be communicated to students through an official communication channel before the commencement of the subsequent Academic Year.
  6. If a new or existing student wishes to postpone to the next semester, postponement fees as per the miscellaneous fee structure will be applicable, and if any increase in the published fees structure is there, the new fees will be applied. In cases where the student does not join in the subsequent semester, the paid fees will be forfeited.
  7. In case student abstain from scheduled classes beyond one semester, and doesn’t officially fills up the postponement process, their admission will be considered cancelled. Thereafter if the student wishes to rejoin, the student’s admission would be considered as a new admission.
  8. A student registering after the commencement date of the intake, there will be no refund applicable under any circumstances in such cases.
  9. If the student transfers his registration to the next intake and decides to cancel his registration, no refund will be applicable on Fee paid for the academic year in such cases.
