Facilitator, Antony Chukwuma, of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Head, Northern Region, hosted by Skyline University Nigeria, urged students to boost their academic success towards greater prosperity.
The workshop with the theme, ‘Gain International Degrees through ACCA Exemption Route’, was organized under the auspices of the Association of Chartered Accountants (ACCA), a universal accountancy body recognized throughout the world with study centers in Lagos State in particular and Nigeria in general. ACCA’s results are equivalent to local qualifications in accountancy with equal strength.
Imminent graduates of Skyline University Nigeria, therefore, were encouraged to add the ACCA qualification to their regular degree qualifications as it will increase their chances of employment and give them an edge among their competitors.
He added that SUN Students who collaborated with ACCA will enjoy greater benefits in terms of 50% discounted registration fee, gain a BSc from oxford Brookes in 18 months, and finally, with full exemptions, sit for only 2 ACCA papers to become a University of London (UOL) MSc candidate.
